This Privacy Policy explains how Cassi Mobile ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
Cassi Mobile is operated by Insurance Life Advisors LLC. This policy applies to all users of the App.
Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Through GoHighLevel
Cassi Mobile connects to GoHighLevel ("GHL"), a third-party customer relationship management platform, on your behalf via secure account authorization (OAuth). Through this connection, the App accesses and displays data already stored in your GoHighLevel account, which may include:
- Contact records (names, phone numbers, email addresses)
- Conversations and messages
- Pipeline, deal, and opportunity data
- Calendar and appointment information
- Other CRM data made available through your GoHighLevel account
We do not control how this data was originally collected by GoHighLevel or your organization. Please refer to GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy for information on how GHL itself handles this data.
1.2 Information Stored on Our Servers
To provide app functionality, we store the following on our own backend servers, separate from GoHighLevel:
1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services
Push Notifications (Expo) — We use Expo's push notification service to deliver notifications to your device. This requires sharing your device's push token with Expo's infrastructure so notifications can be routed to Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM). See Expo's Privacy Policy for details.
In-App Chat (Freshchat) — The App uses Freshchat to provide in-app customer support. If you use this feature, Freshchat may collect information such as your name, email address, messages you send, and device or usage data necessary to operate the chat. See Freshworks' Privacy Policy for details.
1.4 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or access your device's precise or approximate location.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Display your GoHighLevel CRM data within the App
- Authenticate you and keep your session secure
- Send push notifications related to your CRM activity (e.g. new messages, appointment reminders)
- Provide in-app chat support
- Diagnose and fix technical errors
- Maintain and improve the App's functionality and reliability
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- With GoHighLevel — data flows to and from GHL as part of the App's core CRM functionality, governed by the account authorization you grant.
- With Expo — push tokens are shared with Expo's push notification service solely to deliver notifications.
- With Freshchat — chat-related data is shared with Freshworks Inc. solely to operate the in-app chat feature.
- As required by law — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
- GoHighLevel data displayed in the App reflects the live state of your GHL account and is not separately archived by us beyond what is needed for the App to function.
- Push tokens and authentication tokens are retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion or when a token becomes invalid (e.g. app uninstalled).
- Error and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period for debugging purposes and are then deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices & Rights
- Push notifications — you can disable push notifications at any time through your device's Settings.
- Account and data deletion — to request deletion of data we hold (push tokens, authentication tokens, and logs associated with your account), contact us at support@meetcassi.com. Data held within your GoHighLevel account must be deleted through GoHighLevel directly, as we do not control that underlying data store.
- Access requests — you may contact us to ask what data we hold about you on our own servers, distinct from your GHL account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data (e.g. under GDPR, PDPA, or similar laws). Contact us at support@meetcassi.com to exercise these rights.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we store, including encrypted authentication tokens and secured API access.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
